East Africa Tech Tenders (EATT) offers a straightforward refund policy for all subscribers.

FREE TRIAL

All new subscribers receive 4 complete issues at no charge before any payment is required. No credit card is needed to start a free trial.

30-DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

If you subscribe and are not satisfied with EATT within the first 30 days of your paid subscription, contact us at info@eastafricatechtenders.com and we will issue a full refund. No questions asked.

CANCELLATIONS

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer pro-rata refunds for the unused portion of a billing period after the 30-day guarantee has elapsed.

ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTIONS

Annual subscribers who request a refund after 30 days will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Contact us and we will work with you to find a fair resolution.
